Question Ryzen 7900x Highly uneven core temperatures

Hi All!
Just purchased

CPU: AMD Ryzen 7900x
CPU cooler: NH-D15, 2 fans
Motherboard: Gigabyte Aorus Elite AX
Ram: 2x32GB
SSD: Samsung 990Pro
HDD: 6x 6TB Seagate
GPU: Asus Tuf Gaming 4070 ti
PSU: 750W
OS: windows 11
Fans: 2x140 intake, 3x120 out

I see high(?) temperature differences between CPU Cores.
Cores 3, 5 and 10 are hitting 95c on load [both cpu fans @100%], while other cores sit comfortably at ~80c

I've tried:
- reseat the cooler heatsink
- reapply the paste twice
- change the cooler (From peerless assassin to NH-D15)

Are differences in core temps anything to be alarmed of?

I checked the temps on my ryzen 7700x and it has also 15+ degree offset between cores, so I guess could be something common and nothing to worry about.

could be some cores are active while the other is not

Running all the cores at 100% when testing and then checking max temp for each core from hwinfo
