I'm running F@H 24/7 and I notice my CPU is at 83C constantly under Full power. Is this safe for long term operation? My case has good airflow and I'm using a NH-D15 to cool the CPU.

No,it's not safe for long run. Temperature is too high probably because too high voltage. Work like that is done with reduced capabilities, undervolted and cooled to maximum.

alright I set a 3.8 GHz all core @ 1.2V, this is how it looks like now on full folding power:

I'm assuming this is safe for long term operation?

NH-D15 with a single fan at the moment as I wait for my replacement fan clips.

I have set a 3.8 all core underclock @ 1.2V. CPU is sitting at 66C now on Full folding power. I'm satisfied enough.
