Having a really weird issue on my new system.

I used to run a Ryzen 5 2400G on an Asrock B350M Pro4. It was common while I'm working to be listening to music on Youtube, have discord up on one of my monitors, a few chrome tabs open on another, and be working in visual studio on my main monitor.

I recently upgraded to a Ryzen 9 3950X with an Asrock B550M Steel Legend. So now my full specs are:
Ryzen 9 3950X
RTX 2070 Super
32 GB DDR4 3200 MHz (2x16)
Asrock B550M Steel Legend
Seagate FireCuda 1TB NVME SSD
Corsair CX750F RGB

Doing the same task as I would on my old system works perfectly fine until I try running code in Visual Studio. According to Task Manager and SpeedFan nothing is struggling, thermals are all good and by appearance my system is handling it fine, but my audio goes to complete <Mod Edit>. It literally sounds like someone is hitting my headphones with a taser.

Has anyone else experienced this issue? I assume it's a CPU problem since that's basically the only thing different from the 2 systems. My headphones are wireless through a USB dongle, so it's not like the on board wired audio.
