Arctic Liquid freezer II 280 is unavailable everywhere
The same one but 240 ia available will it do thr job Ryzan 9 5950x with OC in the future (slight OC)?
If you have any recomendation please send me for other liquid coolers.

I don't think so, even best 240s are at par with best air coolers, mine is just coping with 3700x at full boost. See if you can stick a 360 cooler.
