RYZEN AM4 mount

Can someone please link the bracket I need to upgrade too.

I have the Thermaltake pacific DIY 360 currently equipped to a ASUS ROG Crosshair formula z board with an AMD 9590.

I am now upgrading to the Ryzen 7 1700and Giga B350 MOBO and want to keep the loop I have but need the correct bracket for the water block. could anyone link the appropriate mount I need to buy?
