It seems every time I play an AAA title such as GTA V etc, in game according to CPU-Z my CPU temp hovers around 85-90c and my GPU is around 70-75c.
I have an AMD Ryzen 5 1400 3.2MHz not OCed, and a AMD Radeon RX 580 4GB RAM, 8GB RAM.

What could be causing such heat?

Thanks

-Case? Phantek Eclipse p400 tempered glass
- Ambient room temp? 72F
- Intake and exhaust fans setup? 2 fans and the AMD heatsink that it came with.
- Settings on CPU and GPU fans? I'm not sure what what you mean.

Is that the info you need?

I did. I re-seated the CPU cooler and still the CPU is showing 60c!
Should I buy another?

Have you tried replacing the thermal paste?

My PSU is a EVGA 440w.

This is from the info I got from HWMonitor. Hope it helps
