Question Ryzen/Asus 3200mhz RAM not stable above 2666mhz

I recently built/upgraded my PC, specs are:
Ryzen 2600x
Asus Prime X470-pro
Team T-Force Nighthawk RGB (on MOBO QVL at 3200mhz)

With everything on "auto" the RAM clocks itself to 2400mhz, if I enable DOCP and do 3200 I get constant BSODs, I tried 2933 same issue.
Ive tried manually clocking the ram without DOCP and the highest I can seem to get it stable is at 2666mhz.
From what I've read there should be no issue getting it to run at 2933, and in the MOBO QVL it give a 3200mhz speed.
I've only messed around with SOC voltage (1.2v is the highest I went) and DramV

The RAM is installed into the correct A2-B2 positions and I have re-seated it.
BIOS is at the latest version

Is there anything else to try, different settings? I find it hard to believe I cant even get it to 2933mhz
 
FYI guys, if your RAM is rated at 3200mhz at its rated timings at its rated voltage, it WILL run that. If it doesn't, then you should RMA because that is a faulty kit.

It is the memory controller on CPUs that prevents the RAM from being stable, this is the issue, not the RAM.

It could be you have a really bad memory controller Schaefer that can't run 3200, but yeah try the BIOS update, that could be the difference.

Updated BIOS to the latest 4602, still can only get RAM stable at 2733mhz, it will do 2800mhz but will crash when gaming.
Should I contact Team Group and see what they say?
How do I know if it's the RAM or CPU? You said if the RAM doesn't run those speeds RMA, but you also mention the CPU could be the issue.

Well, I think I found my problem, ran memtest at 2933mhz and 3200mhz, manually entered timing specs from box and set SOC to 1.1v and DRAM to 1.35v.

Test at 2933mhz came up with almost 200 errors at 2/4 passes so I cancelled the test.

Test at 3200mhz came up with almost 2000 errors on pass 1/4.

I took some screen shots and sent it in a reply to customer service rep I've been dealing with.
