Ryzen bandwidth and PCIe inquiry

I'm planning to buy a Ryzen 7 2700 with an Asus rog b350-f strix, I've read that it's not always the case to have the same bandwidth for all your components due to chipset limitations and CPU limitations as well.

I'm planning to get the following:
- Samsung 960 EVO NVMe M.2 SSD
- GTX 1070 or 1060TI
- 2x1TB WD Hard drive
- 2x16GB RAM @ 3000MHz bus speed

I'm not a professional in building systems, what do you suggest with respect to dividing CPUs bandwidth among the components? do you think the graphics card won't get x16 full bandwidth? or maybe some other components?

Thanks for your reply, do you mean the process will handle all of those at maximum bandwidth?

Thanks a lot for the help :)
