I think I have chosen and finalized all the parts of my build, however I've never built a PC before so if there are any incompatibilities with my parts or if I missed something I would appreciate it if you let me know. Thanks in advance for any help.

I am most likely planning on buying these parts as I am looking for a cheap ryzen build with a rx480 GPU that can run games on ultra settings.

Unless you already have another hard drive that 120GB SSD is not going to hold nothing, so get a regular drive and add a SSD later.

Buy the memory in a 2X4GB set not a singe stick.

I want to have a SD card reader for my SD Cards and I don't want to plug everything into the back of my computer every time I use a USB drive because there are only 2 USB ports on my chosen case.

Most modern cases have several USB 2.0 and 3.0 ports on the front so you don't have to reach around the back of your PC to plug stuff in. And most card readers that are under $20 are generally garbage anyways.

Thanks for your help however I do have one last question. Do I need to buy wifi for the x370 boards? They say they have a included LAN Controller which I'm not sure if that means if you want to use internet you need to buy a wifi controller, I've never built a computer before so help is appreciated I want to make sure I buy a computer that can wirelessly access internet via wifi not ethernet.

Built in LAN is *ALWAYS* better than Wifi. Most desktop Wifi adapters are not that great, and on desktops you're far better off using a hard wired connection if at all possible. The built in LAN ports are there for a reason.
