Ryzen cooler issues

Hi,
I just assembled a system with ryzen 5 1600, and I want to buy an aftermarket cooler since i want to overclock and i want to keep it as cool as possible (but with air cooling).
another issue is that I want something which supports am4 out of the box, I don't want to mess with ordering mounting kits as I live outside the states...
I saw that there aren't so many good air coolers with out of the box support. It came down to two products, noctua u12s se, or the cooler master hyper 212 turbo . I would rather go with the cooler master since its 20$ less and cooling performance should be roughly the same (noise is not an issue for me), but unfortunately its 163mm height, while my case supports up to 160...
The noctua fits (158mm) but it's a bit too expansive for me, and I'll go with it only if I have no choice.
Do you think its too risky to order the hyper 212 because of the height ? Is there any good alternative to the noctua with similar cooling performance, up to 160mm that costs less with out of the box am4 support ?

I have Be Quiet Pure Rock (height:155mm) at work with ryzen 1800x. At 3.7Ghz under heavy load temps are around 60-66C, but ventilo is a bit noisy at high speed). They have a bigger one ,shadow rock, but it can be a tight fit (height:160mm). Both are inexpensive (35-45 EUR)
