RYZEN CPU %100 and FPS DROP

Hi. İ have problem with my new system.

. During the whole game my cpu is between %90 and %104. And it has low performance and fps..Sometimes fps suddenly drops to 1-2 and freeze image. İ playing lol on 70-90 fps and sudden fps drop 20-15.

Something is overheating or a background task is making the CPU very busy for a few seconds. Is the CPU busy before you start the game? 90% or greater utilization while gaming seems quite high.

Owwww. My problem is this. Same fps and usege CPU and GPU On LOL And other games are bad. Black OPS 3 CPU use 98-104 and Gpu use 0-57. This İs real ‘0’ and freeze windows.

Yes this is correct. Gpu and cpu use same this video. I have 3 games. Most FPS drop in black OPS 3. Dropped 1 fps and freeze. CPU use 98-104. Gpu use 0-57

What do you have to do when it freezes? Reset the PC? I read several Ryzen and Black OPS 3 threads and FPS drops often seems to be an issue, but none has as many issues as you do (they drop below 60, but not to 1). You confirmed the CPU doesn't overheat and the frequency doesn't drop while gaming, but huge FPS drops usually often are caused by a CPU that overheats. If the CPU frequency never drops and it's that busy, then something is wrong with your settings or you run something else in the background. Are you overclocking the CPU?

Not supported oc in my motherboard. %100cpu and %0GPU is normal? CPU is bussy %20 Windows services. On game and close game. And sudden %50 60 if i open something window 1-2 second. (Picture, task manager, folder)

Depending on your settings, 100% CPU and GPU may be normal. If your CPU doesn't throttle and setting Windows to high performance mode doesn't help, then you still need to figure out what causes the FPS drops to 1-2. Most people who buy that CPU overclock it to get better performance.
