[SOLVED] Ryzen Input Delay on FN

i am building a pc but im confused that should i go with ryzen 2600x or i5 9400f, im not sure about ryzen cuz a lot of ppl told me that there's a lot of input delay on ryzen cpus the current build im thinking is:
i5 9400f
gtx 1650 super
16gb ddr4 3000mhz Ram
not sure bout intel mobo

Ryzen Build:
ryzen 2600x
b450m
gtx 1650 super
16gb ddr4 3000mhz Ram


Which one should i go with intel or ryzen?
will i get the delay on Ryzen build?? so is it good for FN Help NEEDED

I would go with the R5 2600, unless you can find a 1600af, for less, or the faster R3 3300x, at retail pricing. The 9400f is a dead platform, and any board that should be paired, with that CPU, is going to force you to 2666 ram speeds, which can hurt game performance.
