Ryzen Master doesn't run!

Hello.
I can't run Ryzen Master right now. It says "Ryzen Master requires Windows 10 or greater OS." bla bla...
But I already have Win 10 and didn't have this problem yesterday.
Today I closed some services from services.msc, Did it cause this issue? What do you think?

Okay, I solved the problem.
Do not disable the workstation service of windows from services.msc
Set auto and forget it.
If workstation service run, you can use Ryzen Master, otherwise you will get the problem which I had.
