Ryzen Max Core temps as listed by CPU World

I always considered CPU World as a pretty reliable source for basic info on processors. But now I'm wondering...
They list max operating temp for the Ryzen 3 1300X to be 95C. Yikes! Really?

I realize there is a 20C offset in temps with the Ryzen X CPUs due to something about fan policy and the tCTL, but that is still high. Is 95C what we should be reading in Ryzen Master for max temp?

Well, AMD also says the max operating temp is 95. Most Intel CPUs can operate above 100 with no issues, so I would imagine that the newer generations of AMD CPUs would be improved upon in order to try and match the competition. http://www.amd.com/en/products/cpu/amd-ryzen-3-1300x
