When comparing identical H vs U AMD cpu's (with identical batteries) how different is the battery life/power usage when the laptop is on but idle/awake? What about when running constant lightweight tasks like streaming low-res/480p video

The H is supposed to be a 35-45W TDP part.
The U 15-28W TDP part.
So we can assume that the H will use more power and battery.
Other components, like the display, WiFi, Bluetooth, disk, etc...could also play a role in power consumption and battery life.

It will all vary a lot from one notebook to another, how much RAM?, what GPU?, which U or H CPU?, what size of the screen?, there are tons of factors that can tak on the batery life.
