Ryzen mother question

I am looking a B350 MB

anyone knows where i can seek information on MB that can OC good enough (1700 to around 3.7/3.8 if of course the chip lets it be so) and has good ram support to hit 3200.

also I am also hearing that some Ram can reach to 3200 easier than others. are there any recommendation on both mb/ram?

OC is very much tied to VRM section and MBs with poor VRM usually also get poor(er) OC options in BIOS. Here's a list of MBs and their VRMs.

any info on good ram? hearing that some ram are harder to reach 3200 than some others one.

Situation with RAM is pretty much fluid these days, apparently early BIOS versions are to blame, Any RAM with good Samsung chips has great potential.
