Ryzen or kabylake

Hi what should I choose between:
- a b350 board and a r5 1600 (330€)
-A b250m board with an i5 7500(295€)

I'll mostly be gaming at 1080p with a GTX 1070, not editing or anything...

That's what I was thinking as the ryzen will also require faster, more expensive ram. I could even get a i5 7600 non k since there's a bit of room in my budget...
