Hello, I have a question on how power consumption is measured with Ryzen processors. I have 2200G and there are 2 measurements that differ greatly:

"CPU Package Power (SMU)" and "CPU Core Power (SVI2 TFN)"

Can someone explain for me, please?

IMC consuming 20W? I don't think that's possible, even RAM itself don't consume as much. I think SoC is the chipset and all of its components together, while IMC is included in "Package CPU Power", can someone confirm this, please?

...anyway, that wasn't the question, I get that there are other components measured, I was wondering how "CPU Package Power (SMU)" and "CPU Core Power (SVI2 TFN)" differ from each other as the difference is quite big and the latter doesn't represent the sum of core powers. I also noticed that when the SMU Package Power is near the TDP, it never goes beyond that, but the Core Power SVI2 TFN does, again, even by a 2× margin.

Alright, so from my findings IMC could be really included in SoC, not Package, although that doesn't still answer my question. Anyone has an idea why "CPU Package Power (SMU)" and "CPU Core Power (SVI2 TFN)" differ so much?
