Ryzen Power Plan changes to balanced automatically

Hello,

i have a Ryzen system, and i have the Ryzen power plan. Whenever i restart or shutdown the pc, the power plan switches from Ryzen power plan to balanced. and it's the same with any other power plan, whether i switch it to High performance, it'll still return to Balanced on it's own when i restart.

Any solutions to keep it on the Ryzen power plan? what are your views on the Ryzen power plan?

Left at default, Ryzen power plan is not different than any other Windows standard plans, do you change any settings in advanced mode ?

only the HDD down time, which i changed to 10min. nothing else.
