Check under "hide additional plans" see if it is listed there.
No I didn't have it installed, i thought it would just show up on the power plan with the latest drivers Because that's what it said on the amd website, download the lastest drivers and everything will be done automatically but that wasn't the case for me. I went into the amd folder and some exe file called ryzen ppr or something like that was hidden in the 17.10 drivers folder for some odd reason and i ran it and went through the setup and now ryzen power plan shows up. I'm seeing on AMD forums some users had issues with most recent Creators update for Windows 10. Can you also make sure your Windows is fully up to date.
