RYZEN ram best settings and timings

Hi, I have a Ryzen 7 1800x CPU and Team - Vulcan 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4-3000 Memory. I know ryzen performs better with higher frequency ram so i was just wondering if anyone knows the best settings/timings and could help me out with what to do and how to do it. thanks

Go into the bios/uefi and enable DOCP,use the profile for your ram. Make sure you have the latest bios,is best with Ryzen.
