Ryzen system won't boot

I just upgraded my computer with a Ryzen 1600 and a msi B350 Bazooka. And when I first turned it on it booted up perfectly fine (it took a long time). Then I restared it in the bios and when it got to the windows loading screen the was a blue screen of death. And now every time i try to turn it on all the lights and fans turn on but it doesnt post and the debug led says cpu.

Try clearing the CMOS (unplug the power cord and remove the CMOS battery for a minute).

Take care when changing the BIOS settings. Try reading about it beforehand.

Well... now when it tries to get into windows it gives me an AODDriver2.sys error.

Try booting into safe mode and installing drivers, then boot up again normally

Probably, but would that harm anything on my drive and would i need my windows key?

Yes, you'd need the key. No harm to the computer. Another option is booting in safe mode and fixing the AMD Overdrive

Yeah im in safe mode but im not sure what you want me to do.

Try uninstalling the AMD Overdrive utility, if installed.

That error is likely caused by AMD Overdrive. That'd be the first thing to try uninstalling
