Pretty misleading title. It will be an accomplishment if the 5995WX can hit 3.5 Ghz on all 64 cores. At this core count even a 280W TDP is a significant handicap. 4.5Ghz is the low core count boost clock.

VERY misleading title....

Imagine if Intel's 12900K has been hyped with '16 cores at 5.2 GHz!'

It'll probably have 12-16 cores at that speed (maybe!), and all core at 3.5-4.0 GHz, etc...
