Ryzen vs Intel - GTX 1070

Hi, I´m new here and I´m Portuguese so...

I would like to know if a Ryzen 5 1600 vs an I5 7600 with a GTX 1070 for 1080p/1440p gaming, what would be the best?
Please consider that I can´t afford 3000...MHz RAM...
