Ryzen Wraith Stealth on AM3+?

So I recently upgraded my system from an FX-6300 to a Ryzen 5 2600. On my FX-6300 I had an aftermarket cooler which happened to be compatible with the AM4 socket on the Ryzen. So, I decided to stick with my aftermarket cooler. This means that the Wraith Stealth that came with my Ryzen CPU is now unused.

Since I am looking to sell my old components off, I was wondering if I could provide the Wraith Stealth with the FX-6300 to the future owner of my old CPU since I don't have the original FX cooler to sell it off with.

In other words, will the Ryzen Wraith Stealth fit on an AM3+ socket with an FX-6300?

What I would do is see if it fits, I never experienced the new wraith and people say am4 is different than am3+ but they look very similar, I think am4 just a little bigger.

I was thinking of testing it first but the problem is, I don't want to waste the pre-applied thermal paste that is already on the cooler so that if it doesn't fit, I can just sell the cooler as is. Hopefully someone who has tried it before can reply to this thread. I haven't seem to be able to find answers for the question elsewhere either.
