Rzer deathadder 2013 scroll wheel not working

Howdy, so I bought a razer mamba 2012 elite and a deathadder 2013, both of them are brand new however when trying to scroll, such as down on a page in chrome it doesnt scroll down unless i click in the mouse wheel. However in comparison the mamba scrolls perfectly without needing to do that. I've installed the software synapse or whatever and it didn't seem to do anything lol..

Any suggestions?

Get the mouse replaced, that seems the easiest solution to me. The only other solution I can see is to bust it open and fix the mechanism yourself, which obviously voids your warranty.
