Hello!
I tried it out and for some reason the Ryzen 5 5600G iGPU gives a smoother game and less input lag, for some reason it is better than the Gigabyte GTX 1660 Super 6 GB.
Why is that?

There's likely something with the system configuration, from what drivers you're using to where the monitor is actually plugged in.
The game is faster, but not as much as if it was turned off.. but there is no hitbox, in fact, for some reason, if G-sync is turned on, if I open a new window in the Brave browser, the image goes dark and comes back, as well as the alt +tab in the games 1024x768 in csgo, cs1.6 takes less than 5 seconds and there is a black screen underneath, my old 165 G-sync monitor did not have this.
