Hello

I have a http://www.asrock.com/mb/intel/g41c-gs/ motherboard and when I try to update the BIOS using Instant Flash,it says that the installation was successfull and to press any key to reboot but when I do after the ASROCK logo during startup I get a "Ultra DMA Mode-5, S.M.A.R.T. Capable but Disabled" and to press F1 to load defaults or F2 to go to BIOS.What should I do?

P.S Thanks in advance :)

I'd press f1 unless you want to go back into your bios to check that the version has been updated or need to do something else in the bios. If you want S.M.A.R.T. capable enabled you can most likely set that in the bios as well. In that case I'd press f2.
