S.M.A.R.T fault on disk but every software I use says healthy disk life

So I just recently bought a new hdd that serves as my boot drive and storage. And whenever I try to stress test my pc it would suddenly freeze and it will require a reboot. This also happens when I play a game, it runs smoothly for a while then it freeze and do nothing.

All of the softwares i've been using (hd tune pro, crystaldisk, hd sentinel) shows that my disk is still 100/100 h/p, Can anyone please help me fix this freezing problem

This is what appeared in the event viewer: Windows Disk Diagnostic detected a S.M.A.R.T. fault on disk ST3500414CS (volumes C:\). This disk might fail; back up your computer now. All data on the hard disk, including files, documents, pictures, programs, and settings might be lost if your hard disk fails. To determine if the hard disk needs to be repaired or replaced, contact the manufacturer of your computer. If you can't back up (for example, you have no CDs or other backup media), you should shut down your computer and restart when you have backup media available. In the meantime, do not save any critical files to this disk.

Difficult to say without knowing what value was detected, but if the other apps don't detect problems it's probably safe to ignore - if you can post the crystaldisk or HDDscan smart output may be able to determine what it's warning about.

About stress testing, I like to do a full overnight run of memtest just to make sure memory is not a problem and always monitor temps very, very closely (I use hwinfo64), so more details about your stress testing will also be very helpful.

That's crystaldisk result

As for the stress testing, my pc suddenly freezes whenever I try to do so. No movement of the timer at all. I haven't overclocked yet too so I doubt this is a cpu problem.

"Reallocated Sectors Count" is above threshold, I would keep an eye on it and see if it's increasing. If it were mine, I would run memtest for at least a few hours or overnight to rule out memory timing issues. Also difficult to rule out system temps without any details. I usually run memtest, Prime95 for CPU test, and furmark for GPU tests - separate tests best IMO...
