Question S.M.A.R.T status bad, backup and replace

Suddenly happened on boot and not sure what to do. Even if I rebbot it still goes to this screen. It's not my boot drive though. Imgur link

The simplest temporary solution is to unplug the drive if you want to get back in. It's the 1TB WD Caviar Green.

Disconnect and see if the system boots up.

If it does, replace the bad drive and recover the data from your backup.
