My system still won't turn on. I have 3 motherboards 2 are brand new 3 sets of ddr4 ram, 2 different power supplies, 2 different ryzem cpus, and 2 different gpus. I have tried everything besides getting a new cpu and a new case. There is absolutely no power it won't flash blink anything. I'm getting scared at this point cause I have everything to make 2 pcs that are about 2 grand a peace and nothing works. Any advice? Besides unplugging each cable one by one checking each ram stick one by one changing power cables changing cases. The only thing I have not tried is the cpu but I'd rather not have to buy a new cpu if it's possible.

What parts exactly? for psu's maker+model+wattage.

Did try breadboarding?
Msi GeForce 1660 ti
Ryzen 3 2200g, 7 2700x
Corsair rm 850x gold rated and bronze rated 600 watt
Corsair vengeance ddr4 3600, g.skill tridentZ neo 3600
X570 phantom gaming 4 wifi ax, aorus b450 pro
4 lian li sl120 uni fans
Nzxt h510 case.
As for breadboarding I have not I will have to look up that and try it.

As above, did you try assemble outside case? And if using said case all along, were all standoffs in the correct positions elevating motherboard off the case backing?
If that is what bread boarding is then yes I have and am currently do that I've tried the cases just incase I was doing it wrong.

Try breadboarding again wiith these, see if you get to post. Use the integrated gpu, means use motherboard back i/o for video output.
So I've gotten to the point it somewhat turns on but it shorts out inside the new psu and the old psu on any motherboard. With any cpu and any ram
