It actually seems less anime-influenced, as an observation. Like I
said, I thought the Tarot-like iconography hella cool and appropriate
(reminiscient of The Ninth Gate, actually). And the Warstriders look
way cooler than the couple of pictures in the original...

Didn't seem all that *great* to me, but I can see where they're going
with it. And it does help character and roleplaying opportunities. I'm
going to have to refresh myself with the Demon section of GoD, tho...
