[s] unihorn dipped get dull

When I try to #dip a (uncursed) (probably +0) unicorn horn in a potion, I
get the message "your unicorn horn get dull" (or something similar, of
"dull" I'm certain).

What kind of potion is that ?

Thanks. (but according to my wizmode test it doesn't seem to have any
effect) (and it doesn't exists in vanilla)

It abuses wisdom. Had you used an erodeproof weapon(tool) or armour, it
would have removed that property and identified itself.
