Your vid card has a multi-function connector that should have came with the card to adapt to S-Vid

It has the standard 4-pins, plus two pass-through pins for a Composite Video dongle. Those extra 2 pins aren't used by S-Video, and the cable fits with the standard 4-pins being used.
