I recently ordered a new PSU from Corsair the RM750 (2019 version). This PSU according to Corsairs website supports the socalled Modern Standard for Windows 10 machines. A feature which according to their website is suppose to be new to their consumer lineup.

But S0 also requires a compatible motherboard as well. Apperently MS have been pushing S0 powerstate since the time of Windows 8./8.1. But would why would Corsair suddenly begin to release a consumer PSU to support this feature after such a long time?

Solution
Corsair don't make their PSU's, they source them form an OEM and then sell them under their own(Corsair) label. With that being said, you might want to read through this to understand what you're referring to as S0.
