Question S3 mini battery

I have a Samsung Galaxy S3 mini GT 18190 and I am using a battery from the Galaxy Young 2. The original S3 mini battery is rated at 1500mah and the young 2 battery is 1300mah. It never shows up in battery settings that the battery is full. Solution? Can I use a galaxy s advance battery that is higher than 1500mah?

This used to be an issue in older phones.

My friends Samsung Galaxy s3 neo had a similar issue, and it's battery % couldn't keep up with the actual battery %.

However, you are using a battery that's not meant to be used for that phone. If the 1500+ mah battery is physically the same size, you can try.

May be it's time to upgrade?
You need at least a Galaxy S7 to see a worthwhile difference in performance.

my s3 mini is on android 7.1.2 and i wont get a new phone anytime soon. Thanks for your reply
