Yes, but you will be moving your GPU down to the second PCI slot as shown here:

Thank you for the answer PNY 1060 6GB and I7 4790k 4GH im not sure becuase my graphics card is not on the list but i thought it would work but i wanted to be sure

I wouldn't waste money on getting that kit, especially with the 1060. It's not going to generate enough hit for it to be super effective. You will be sacrificing some things in there. As you can see, it's really cramped in there. That's just my three cents.

But it does work.
