s8 connect to PC with hdmi cable

hello,
i want to connect my S8 to my PC for livestreaming.
but some how i am not sure how it works.
can some one please explain to me how will i be able to do it,because i search on the web it doesnt tell me how to connect to a pc ,it only tells me how to connect to a tv.

i saw people have the usb c to hdmi converter,but i am still confused how they can put the screen on the PC....
