sabertooth 990fx R2.0 and the GA-99FXA-UD5 motherboards

does anyone please have feedback on any significant differences between the sabertooth and UD5 motherboard? I will be getting the AMD FX8350 processor? I am also thinking of maybe a dual slot pci graphic card.

slightly different audio chips, 892 in the asus and azalia 1115? in the giga r5 and 889 in the non-r5
asus uses asmedia chip for extra sata ports while the giga uses marvel in both versions
usb3 is handled asmedia in the asus and by via in the giga r5 and etron in the non-r5
realtek handles the lan in all of them.
non-r5 gigabyte board has rear firewire port that the others lack.
