I recently upgraded my motherboard and CPU and am slowly upgrading the rest of the components as well. However I ran into a problem. My new Sabertooth 990FX with a FX8350 sees all my RAM but incorrectly. Of my 12GB installed the board sees 6GB. I have G.Skill F3-10600CL8D-4GBHK and F3-10600CL8D-8GBHK from my old system 2x2GB and 2x4GB). On my old system this worked fine, but on the 990FX it sees it as F3-10600CL8D-2GBHK and F3-10600CL8D-4GBHK. So it is seeing the correct make and series but incorrect capacity. I have flashed to the latest BIOS and reseated the RAM in multiple configurations always with the same results. I intend to upgrade my RAM but it'd be nice to have my RAM seen correctly until I can get my new set.

I don't recall the model, it's a Cooler Master I used on my Phenom x4 955. I hadn't even thought about it when I used it, I'll try swapping to the stock cooler when I get home from work and see if that makes a difference. Thanks.
