Sabertooth/AM3 Voltage Erratic

Something Overriding CPU Manual Volt control and adding 0.4 volts under load. Offset?

Okay... so everything I typed in didn't get saved... at all... awesome job.

Well to summarize my summary, I'm manually CPU volting to 1.400 and it jumps to 1.440 under load. I can't do any testing if it jumps that high. I don't want it jumping at all

I've disabled CoolNQuiet, C1E, APM, AI Overclock Tuner, OC Tuner, AMD Turbo Core Tech. Wondering if the offset has anything to do with this voltage jumping.

I'm trying to find the max clock on the lowest voltage for temp reasons naturally. This huge jump of 0.04V kinda throws that all outta whack.

Its an Asus Sabertooth for an AMDFX8120. I have it running at 4.2 from 3.1Ghz but I can go higher if I could get this heat/voltage jumping issue solved. Thanks!
