Sabertooth x58 and i5 4690k?

I have a Gigabyte sabertooth x58 and was wondering if it was compatible with a i5 4690k. If not what should I look into factoring in that I do want to keep the current RAM that I have CM3X2G1600C9NX

No. You need a Z97 motherboard. I would recommend the MSI Z97 Gaming 5, which costs about $150.
