sabertooth x79 ssd cache ports one drive is missing please help

hi guys ive recently rebuilt my computer because my old case is crap and ive put it into a full tower now, i also bought some new drives. an 840 evo samsung 500 gb ssd for my new windows install and another 3tb hard drive. the issue im having is that the only two ports that have 6 gpb per sec are the ssd cache ports or the white ports. and i found that to enable that you have to disable one f your pcie ports. so i got that working to register on the machine that i have two new hard drives. but on the bios it recognises the new hard drives and not in windows.i dont want to use the ssd caching facility i only want to use the 6 gb per sec transfer rate on both of the new drives how do i do this or get it to register on windows?

its ok ive fixed it with the admin tools windows wasnt recognising it it stops at L drives.
