if im going to buy lga1150 Asus TUF Sabertooth Z87
can i still used my Intel Core i3 4130 3.4Ghz (Dual Core) Haswell?

Yes, you still can. I don't recommend an i3 for a workstation though. Use at least an i5-4670k or preferably an i7-4770k.

Yes, i3's are for entry-level PC's. NOT for video editing or even gaming. It will be extremely slow.
