Sabertooth z87 neglecting voltage raise

Hey everyone,
Basically, the title says it ll...i have been in the process of overclocking my 4670k and am trying to raise the multiplier to around 46, because of tat i also needed to rase the voltage to around 1.300 volts, but whenever i save changes and restart the mtherboard totally neglects the fct that i have uped the voltage...what is going on and how do i fix it?

are you using ASUS Suite program? if so, you need to uninstall/disable it from starting up with windows so it doesn't override your manual BIOS changes.
