is PATRIOT Memória PC Master Viper 3 compatible with the motherboard, it seems pretty new and it is not on mb manual

Yup, I'm running a Sabertooth Z87 with 16GB Patriot Viper 3 1866 MHz. Works great and I actually have the memory overclocked to 2133MHz.
