Sabertooth z97 Mark 1 Memory above 1866Mhz(official maximum) = Warrantybraker?

My Question is so simple and yet I cannot find anyone who can answer it 🙁 if I use memory above the suggested 1866Mhz(that is listed) with (Xmp or manual) on my Mobo will that brake the 5 year Warranty?!

Semiimportant Additional Question:

Will it brake the Cpu Warranty?

Btw I contacted intel support regarding void of warranty on CPU if I use memory outside of CPU supported range (1333/1600 for i7-4770k for example). Using XMP and motherboard supported speed.

When buying RAM please check with motherboard manufacturer for tested memory list. As long as you use tested parts you will not loose your warranty on the cpu.

Does "memory which is supported by your motherboard" mean in the list of supported sticks or also "not above the max specs" wich would mean 1866Mhz??

Rather simple really (other than Have no idea why they list 1866 as the highest on the Sabertooth, did same on Z87, Z77 and P67) and all can easily run faster DRAM _ here's the QVL on the this one:

No it want cancel warranty to run run the higher end, nr will it on the CPU (Intel certifes sticks right on up through 2800 and above DRAM. 😉
