Question Sabertooth z97 mark 2 wont load after Bios

I bought a brand new WD BLUE HHD 1TB to complete my 2nd build. I installed and powered up and it appears in bios boot options.

I have no led signals telling me anything is wrong. I save and exit and it reboots to bios. I am not hearing any beeps either.

Sabertooth z97 mark 2
Evga gtx 1070 sc
Intel I7 4790k
Corsair H60 water cooler
600w thermal take psu
2x G skill ripjaw 8gb Ram

Do i have to do something with the new hhd to activate it? I never installed a new hhd before.

Current Bios version is 2702 x64

*Solved just needed to put a disc in with windows to inatall it.
