Question Sabrent m.2 nvme keeps crashing

I have a sabrent m.2 nvme 256 gb as my boot drive and it was working fine for about 5 month I also had GTA 5 installed on it and it runs fine but today when I try to launch GTA v on it it would run for about 1 minute and then it would crash, the system would reboot to bios and no drive is registered, I have to then remove the drive and reinstall it to be able to boot back into Windows, I tried it for a few times and same problem, I can browse and do everything else on it without it crashing, I even loaded a small game called undermine and that run fine without crashing. So I'm stumble as to what the problem could be, is it the m.2 it self or something else?

Does Sabrent supply a utility that reads the drives Temperature?
I'm wondering if it's overheating.
