Question Sabrent NVMe SSDs

I have been considering upgrading my boot drive for my ASUS X570 motherboard from PCIe3.0 to PCIe 4.0.

I am looking at the Sabrent line of NVMe SSDs.
Sabrent lists 3 PCIe 4.0 drives.

SB-RKTQ4-1TB
SB-RKT4P-1TB
SB-ROCKET-NVMe4-1TB

The first one uses QLC and can reach read speeds of 4700 MB/s. (least expensive)
The second one uses what they list as "TLC NAND Flash memory" and can reach read speeds of 7000 MB/s. (most expensive)
The third one uses "Toshiba’s BiCS4 96L TLC NAND Flash memory" and can reach read speeds of 5000 MB/s. (mid priced).

I'm just curious. What is the difference between Sabrent's TLC and Toshiba's TLC?
I'm assuming they all use the same controller (Phison's PS5012-E12 controller).
